訪問看護ステーションオリーブは、「住み慣れたご自宅で、その人らしい暮らしを支える」ことを理念に、札幌市北区を中心とした在宅療養をサポートしています。看護師・リハビリ職・相談担当者が連携し、24時間対応体制や医療機関との密な連携を通じて、急な体調変化にも備えた安心のケアを提供します。医療依存度の高い方から、退院直後の在宅生活に不安を抱える方まで、それぞれの生活背景に合わせたオーダーメイドの支援を大切にしています。
